In 2020, we fired up the grill for the very first time—out of a humble food truck with a bold vision. We didn’t have a roadmap, a big investor, or a guaranteed outcome. What we did have was a passion for flavor, a belief in doing things the right way, and a dream to shake up the burger game.

Fast forward to today, and that dream has taken root in our very own brick-and-mortar location. We’ve grown a lot since those early days on the road—but what hasn’t changed is our commitment to bold, honest, crave-worthy food made with integrity and heart.

Before it ever hits the grill, our patties are hand-mixed with a unique blend of 12 custom spices, then hand-formed to order—right in front of you.

Every sauce you taste is made from scratch, using real ingredients you can pronounce. Even our house-made ranch starts with our own fresh mayo. No chemical-laced dressings. Just food you can feel good about, made the way it should be.
